Privacy Policy
Last updated: draft, pending legal review.
1. What we collect
- Your X (Twitter) account id and handle, used to sign in.
- The audio of your side of each call.
- The transcript produced from that audio.
- Call-quality metrics (e.g. connection quality, audio scores).
- An optional linked wallet address, if you choose to provide one.
- If you choose to link additional social accounts (optional) to raise your verification tier, we store the provider name and a keyed cryptographic digest of that account's id — never the account's contents or your posts — for verification purposes only.
2. Retention
heyhellohi.ai may retain the call recording and transcript indefinitely, at its discretion. There is no committed deletion timeline.
3. How transcripts are sanitized
Every transcript goes through two automated passes that attempt to remove personal data: a first pass (Presidio) strips structured data such as emails, phone numbers, and addresses; a second pass (a large language model, currently Claude Haiku) attempts to remove names, employers, and other identifying context the first pass would miss. This scrubbing is best-effort only — it is not guaranteed to remove everything. You are responsible for what you share on a call.
4. Who we share or sell data with
The call recording and transcript belong to heyhellohi.ai, which may use, license, or sell them — including to third-party AI companies, for AI model training. We never include your contact details (X handle, wallet address) in what's shared or sold.
5. Contact
Contact: TBD.
