1. The service

heyhellohi.ai pairs you with a random stranger for an open-ended voice call. Every call is recorded and transcribed. This section is the entire product description: there are no profiles, no matching preferences, and no way to choose who you talk to.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use heyhellohi.ai.

3. License you grant us

By checking the consent box and joining a call, you grant heyhellohi.ai a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to the call recording and the transcript produced from it. heyhellohi.ai may use, reproduce, license, and sell the recording and transcript — including to third parties such as AI companies, for AI model training — at its discretion.

4. PII scrubbing is best-effort

We run an automated process that attempts to remove names, email addresses, and phone numbers from transcripts. This scrubbing is best-effort only — it is not guaranteed to catch everything you say. You are responsible for what you share on a call; do not disclose anything you need kept private.

5. Consent cannot be withdrawn; no deletion commitment

Consent, once given for a call, cannot be withdrawn for that call's recording or transcript. heyhellohi.ai may retain the recording and transcript at its discretion — there is no committed deletion timeline.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use heyhellohi.ai to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse another participant.
Share or solicit illegal content.
Farm calls with synthetic, scripted, or otherwise non-genuine spoken audio (including bots, playback devices, or pre-recorded speech in place of a real live conversation).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

heyhellohi.ai is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of heyhellohi.ai.
